The $950 minimum is a floor for your total project — not an extra fee. We combine your roofline, pathway, and agreed decoration charges, then apply the minimum once to the total.
Decorations
Shrubs, trunk wraps, wreaths, and garland are priced to suit size, density, height, and access.

Tree-wrap height refers to the decorated vertical portion of the trunk, not the length of light strand used. Per-foot pathway pricing applies only to paths and agreed borders.
Every seasonal quote includes
- Design coordination. We talk through your home, style, and colors to plan the agreed display.
- Lights & materials. Commercial-style lights, clips, cords, and timers — supplied by us.
- Installation & timer setup. Our team installs the display, arranges wiring, and sets the timer.
- Seasonal maintenance. If something in your installed display needs attention during the agreed season, let us know.
- Takedown. We remove the display after the season.
- Storage. Company-owned equipment goes back into our storage — nothing to pack in your garage.
All supplied equipment stays company-owned. Your final scope, measurements, and price are confirmed with you before scheduling — no payment is taken online.
